BIOLOGY EDI COMMITTEE

The Department of Biology Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee is dedicated to promoting and advancing the values of equity, diversity and inclusion in the unit, Faculty and university. The committee aims to identify and address social justice issues, focusing on advocacy and support of historically and persistently marginalized communities, within the framework laid out in both UBC’s Strategic Equity and Anti-Racism Framework and the Indigenous Strategic Plan.
